Why sublimation wins
Sublimation is the gold standard for custom sportswear and statement apparel. Instead of sitting on top of the fabric like screen print or vinyl, sublimation dye becomes part of the fabric itself. That means unlimited colours, photographic detail, and a print that survives every wash, every match and every workout. At AZ Concepts we run industrial large-format sublimation presses in-house, paired with our own cut-and-sew line — so your design flows seamlessly across every panel and seam.

Send us your artwork or let our designers create it. We prepare print-ready files colour-matched to your brand.
Digital Printing
Your design is printed in mirror onto specialist sublimation paper using vibrant dye-sublimation inks.
Heat Transfer
Industrial heat presses at around 200°C turn the ink into gas, bonding it permanently into the polyester fibres.
Cut & Sew
Printed panels are precision-cut and stitched into your garments — the print flows seamlessly across every seam.
Quality Check & Dispatch
Every piece is inspected, folded, packed with your labels and shipped to your door.
